Secure upper courtyard leading to entrance, living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and lounge area (fireplace). Bedroom with parquet floor (teak desk, queen-size bed, folding single bed) has direct access to flagstone terrace (open view of orchard). Shower room/WC. Adjoins a second gîte (for 5 people) which can be rented at same time for getting together with family or friends. Large orchard open to occupants of gîte(s).|Property overlooks leafy valley through which flow a stream (L'Anconnans) and a river (L'Oignin).
