Description

Corcelles is a small hamlet located on a mountainside in the commune of Matafelon-Grange. An altitude of 327 m provides optimal conditions for breeding Helix Aspersa Maxima snails, known as "Gros Gris".
The young snails, just a few days old, grow in an open-air pen throughout the summer. They are cooked in a CE-certified laboratory in Bourg-en-Bresse. Our recipes are created using quality regional products such as Etrez butter and Bugey wine.
