Welcome supplement

With a taste for the good things in life, B. Neufcoeur works the old-fashioned way, making his sweets mainly with natural flavours and colourings.

Little known to new generations, the bonbon fondant is a delicacy to be discovered or rediscovered. With its melting center, crunchy crust and authentic flavors, it appeals to young and old alike.

Baked in a copper cauldron, hand-poured and made from quality products, B. Neufcoeur's bonbons fondants are just what you've been looking for. Neufcoeur melt-in-your-mouth sweets are completely original, and for the most part, unique in France.

With honey, herbs or fruits...., the flavours are very varied, but always based on natural aromas and extracts, sometimes even from her garden or from picking on the Plateau d'Hauteville! Her fondants are made without colorants or with colorants of natural origin and without added preservatives.
