At the foot of the Grand Colombier, in the heart of the Bugey and the Jura Mountains, La Perle du Bugey welcomes you to a charming 4-star holiday cottage situated on the ground floor of the Manoir du Colombier, a period property lovingly restored.

Sleeping up to 6 people, this gîte combines authenticity, modern comfort and a warm atmosphere, making it ideal for stays with family, friends or as a couple. For larger groups, the Manoir du Colombier can be hired exclusively by combining La Perle du Bugey and Le Rêve Royal, offering accommodation for up to 12 people with two private Nordic baths, the swimming pool and the entire estate reserved for your group.

You’ll find a cosy lounge with a double sofa bed, two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower in travertine and cement tiles, and a separate toilet.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace, a private wood-fired Nordic bath and access to the estate’s swimming pool. The Manoir du Colombier’s large, tree-lined grounds also offer plenty of relaxation areas with hammocks, a trampoline, a table tennis table, badminton and games for all ages, all with a magnificent view of the Bugey mountains.

La Perle du Bugey is an ideal base from which to explore the region’s natural and cultural treasures: Grand Colombier, the Cerveyrieu and Pain de Sucre waterfalls, the Source du Groin, the Lavours Marshes, Lake Virieu-le-Grand, the Savières–Chanaz Canal, charming villages and local culinary specialities.

Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the ViaRhôna, the Grande Traversée du Jura (GTJ) and the legendary routes of the Grand Colombier. Awarded the ‘Accueil Vélo’ label, the Manoir du Colombier has a secure bike shelter.
