Description

L'Auberge du Charron draws its inspiration from local produce, according to the seasons. The menu is renewed 4 times a year, essentially using fresh local produce. The chef has approached experienced suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
The chef also draws on the experience he has gained in the establishments he has worked in over the past 27 years. He also knows how to prepare beautiful fish, which is his greatest specialty.
