Description
Welcome to my villa in the heart of a small Revermont village, with panoramic views of our mountains, the River Ain and waterfalls.
25 min from Bourg-en-Bresse and 50 min from Lyon and Geneva.
Ideal location for nature lovers, with hiking and biking trails nearby.
You'll spend a convivial, peaceful time, totally disconnected from the hustle and bustle of society.
You can also relax and unwind in our swimming pool and sauna.
The bedroom is located in the owner's house and is accessed via a separate entrance, located on the terrace facing the swimming pool (10x5 m with dome).
It gives access to a small comfort room with a boat bed / sofa (90x200), a reading and tourist information corner, a breakfast table (inside in winter, on the terrace in summer) and a few amenities.
A corridor leads to the bedroom, bathroom and toilet, each in separate rooms.
The bedroom (14 m²) features a double bed (140x190) (synthetic pillows and comforter), a wardrobe and a desk in a warm, modern style.
A large bathroom in gray and pink marble features a washbasin and walk-in shower.
Breakfast is included.
I can offer you a table d'hôtes (starter, main course and dessert) for €35 per person (including 1 glass of wine or beer) OR a charcuterie and cheese board for €35 for 2 people (including 1 glass of wine or beer), provided you book 48 hours in advance and pay on the spot.
In summer, you'll have access to the swimming pool shared with the owners. The terrace is equipped with deckchairs, parasol and garden furniture.
You can also relax in our sauna.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
WiFi is available, but at a low speed for the moment, despite the fiber.
Possibility of adding an umbrella bed in the bedroom (for children under 2).
You'll also be welcomed into the house by our cat, as well as 2 goats and the chickens that live in their enclosure near the sunken garden.
There's plenty to do around the house: canoeing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, plaine tonic, accrobranche, electric boat ...
The nearest ski resorts are 50 minutes from the house (Lélex, Les Plans d'Hotonnes).
Ainterexpo and Ekinox 20 min away.
