At an altitude of 860 m, in a hamlet near Hauteville (6 km), a large, independent 200 m² gîte on different levels, with capacity for 8 people and 3 bedrooms. A shared courtyard leads to a relaxing lounge, a large, functional and well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room with an atypical Scandinavian-style cedarwood shower. Four steps further down, a large living room and sitting area with large picture windows and through-view light, an Alsatian wood-burning stove for the winter seasons; a beautiful veranda with relaxing lounge opening onto the garden. A few steps further up, a wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm) and 3 bedrooms: two with 140x190cm beds, one of which has a dressing room, and one with two 90x190cm beds, which can accommodate an extra person; bathroom, separate WC with washbasin. Electric and wood heating. Private garage for two vehicles. This gîte has been renovated in a family home style, using quality materials, and is ideal for short or long stays with friends or family. Close to cross-country and downhill ski resorts, come and discover a green and mountain setting where the owners will be delighted to give you their best addresses. Two sledges are at your disposal. For 4 to 8 people, sliding scale of charges.
